Day 1 : Transfer to Nyungwe forest national park.

You will be welcomed by the tour guide from Primate Safari Experiences upon your arrival at kigali international airport and transfer to nyungwe forest national park, the drive takes about 6-7 hours with en route lunch considered during the drive and stop along genocide memorials in Rwanda. Arrive at nyungwe forest national park in late evening . Dinner and overnight at Gisakura guest house/ Nyungwe forest safari lodge/ Nyungwe hill top lodge . meals F/B
Day2 : Chimpanzee Transferring in Nyungwe forest .
After early morning breakfast, embark into the safari jeep and drive to the briefing point for chimpanzee tracking in Nyungwe forest national park that hosts the human related species with 98.7% like human being. you will be briefed about the dos and donts when trekking the primates in the forest and then enter the jungle to start the walk as you search for the apes which can take around 2-5 hours in the jungle. Once found you will stay with them for an hour to take photos and films later return to the lodge for relaxation and if time allows after lunch take nature walk around the lodge visiting local communities in nyungwe forest national park Like Tea plantations, local villages . Day 3: Canopy Walk and transfer to Bukavu
Morning Canopy walk to watch the birds and other primates.
Wake up early morning and take breakfast and later drive to the canopy walking starting point to take the canopy walk as you look out for other primates that you missed during the chimpanzee tracking the previous day, Nyungwe forest national park is ranked as the best destination for spotting birds during the nature walks and Canopy walk. After return to the lodge for lunch and later transfer to bukavu in democratic republic of congo crossing from Ruzizi 1 border, dinner and overnight at Far horizon hotel / orchids lodge/panorama hotel. meals F/B
Day4 : Eastern lowland Gorilla Trekking
Eastern lowland gorilla tracking in Kahuzi biega national park
After early morning breakfast, you will embark into the safari jeep and transfer to kahuzi biega national park starting point for briefing about eastern lowland gorilla trekking dos and donts and after enter into the lowland swamps and start the search for the Lowland gorillas and once found you will be allowed to stay with them for 1 hours, gorilla trekking can take 2-4 hours , after gorilla trekking you will return to the lodge for relaxation. Dinner & overnight at Far horizon hotel/ orchids lodge/panorama hotel. Meals F/B
Day5 : Transfer to Goma
Wake up and take breakfast and later transfer to Goma , using the boat( Speed Boat takes 2 hours and Public boat takes 5 Hours) arrive at goma side in the afternoon and check in the hotel for lunch and if time is available take a city tour of Goma to visit the goma caves and visit villages that were affected by Nyiragongo Lake eruption 2012, later return to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Lake lac Hotel/ Mikeno lodge.
Day 6 : Climbing Mountain Nyiragongo
After morning breakfast, jump into the safari jeep and transfer to kibati the starting point for nyiragongo hiking and the trekkers should be at the starting point by 9:00am and start the hiking journey to the top which takes about 5-6 hours depending on the size of the group and the age of the hikers, Reach at the top in the evening hours relax . Dinner and overnight at Nyiragongo cabin shelter tented camps . ( its recommended that you check the packing list for congo nyiragongo safaris.)
Day7: Descend to Nyiragongo & Boat cruise.
Wake up for early morning breakfast and start to descend down wards the nyiragongo volcano and arrival at the kibati in the mid day and embark into the safari jeep and transfer to goma and later cross the border to Rwanda gisenyi. Optional if time allows you will go for boat cruise on lake kivu to visit the local fishing villages. Dinner and overnight at Lake kivu Serena hotel/ Discover youth hostel/ lake kivu water front breach, meal F/B.
Day8: Transfer to Volcanoes for gorilla Trekking
After early morning breakfast at the lunch jump into the safari jeep to start the drive from Gisenyi and transfer to musanze where volcanoes national park is located for gorilla trekking and arrive at the time of briefing about the mountain gorilla dos and donts for gorilla trekkers to follow during the safari activity, Group allocation is done and after embark into the safari jeep and transfer to the starting point for gorilla trekking and after enter into the jungle to search for the mountain gorillas which can take between 2-5 hours and later return to the park headquarters to be issued with gorilla trekking certificate and in the evening hours visit the twine lakes .Dinner and overnight at Villa de Gorilla hotel/ mountain gorilla view lodge/ Muhabura Guest House / Hotel La Palme . meal F/B
Day 9: Transfer to queen Elizabeth National Park.
Wake up early in the morning, take breakfast and later jump into the safari jeep and drive to queen elizabeth national park for best game drives and visit the wildlife, Stop over at Savannah hotel for lunch and later continue passing through the ishasha sector and try to do evening game drive and later continue to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at Bush lodge/ Mweya safari lodge, Kazinga channel hotel/Ishasha Jungle lodge. Meals F/B.
Day 10: Tree climbing lions Game Drive & Boat cruise.
Wake up early in the morning and go for another game drive in the ishasha sector to spot the tree climbing lions that makes Queen elizabeth national park a unique destination in Uganda and later drive to the lodge for breakfast and relax as you wait for the afternoon boat cruise on kazinga channel. later return to the lodge dinner and overnight at Bush lodge.
Day 11: Nature Walk in Jacana Maramagambo Forest.
After morning breakfast, visit Maramagambo forest for nature walk , come to the lodge for lunch and and later transfer to Fort portal town the nearest town to semiliki national park. Dinner and overnight Mountain of the moon hotel/Meals F/B
Day12: Transfer to Semiliki National park
Take a morning breakfast and transfer to semiliki national park for game drive and viewing the hot springs and visit some local communities in the near by areas to the park, Have lunch at Semiliki safari lodge and later transfer park to kibale forest national park . Day 13: Chimpanzee Habituation in Kibale

Wake very early in the morning and have your breakfast and packed lunch, drive to kibale forest national park for the chimpanzee habituation experience( the practice of walking the chimpanzees in the wild as they are feeding for the entire day) After return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Kibale forest camp / mountain of the moon / chimpanzee guest house/ Kibale Safari lodge. Day 14: Transfer to Kigali.
