Day 1: Transfer to Nyungwe National Park.
You will be picked up by the tour guide of Primate Safari Experiences from your hotel in kigali and drive to nyungwe forest national park , the best destination for chimpanzee tracking and canopy walk.lunch en route and arrive in Nyungwe in late evening check in the hotel for dinner and over night at nyungwe forest lodge, Gisakura Guest house .
Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking in nyungwe & Transfer to Bukavu

After early morning breakfast, drive 1 hours journey as you go for chimpanzee Trekking, you may also take the different trails to visit various primate troops, enjoying the cool and breathtaking environment. After chimpanzee tracking , you will drive and cross to bukavu Town in democratic republic of congo in the southern section of Lake kivu. Dinner and overnight at Orchid safari Lodge/ Far horizon.
Day 3: Lowland Gorilla tracking tour in Kahuzi Biega South Kivu

After early morning breakfast, jump into your safari jeep and drive to Kahuzi biega national park briefing point for the eastern lowland gorilla trekking, During the briefing you will be entertained by the cultural performance of the Congolese dance and later enter into the jungle for to search for the lowland gorilla in the wild and it may last for over 3- 5 hours depending on their movement,Once found you will be allowed to stay with them for 1 hour to take photos and films later return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Drive to Kigali
On this day, you will wake up very early in the morning and have a cup of tea, then you will embark to your safari jeep for the drive back to Kigali if time allows make stop overs to some genocide memorials in Rwanda and later be dropped at the airport Kigali for your flight back home.
